I have spent most of my life on the Weightloss roller coaster. Its been a real journey. Ive learned a lot, Ive evolved…I once thought I could out exercise my diet, thats long behind me (you can learn more about my nutrition journey over here).

I never gave up on exercise and intentionally moving my body, this has evolved too. I thought the longer I spent sweating and working out, the healthier I would become. Not true…    I actually Love how I feel after a great workout…that doesn’t mean, I always love to follow the program. I can easily get off track. I tried many ways to stop the funk…Ive taught fitness classes, Ive had gym memberships, signed up for group fitness classes and workout clubs for accountability. But I found my greatest success has been when I have variety AND quick access, often in the comfort of my own home. But I still needed other people…
